Aizome is a japanese word and means to dye the fabric with the traditional japanese indigo dye, a natural dye with bactericidal properties.

After a few washes the color of the Aizome dyed fabric can change in intensity or fading: this is considered the quality and the beauty of the natural Aizome.

We suggest to not wash fabrics dyed with Aizome with other fabrics.

Available in various sizes from 2 to 5 including some intermediate sizes.
